Texas Ship Channel Plugged With Fat

HOUSTON, TX - Part of the Houston Ship Channel remains plugged after a massive spill of animal fat.
15,000 gallons of the guck leaked into the channel from a storage tank.
No one was hurt and no environmental damage is expected.
