Testimony Resumes in Trial of Accused Terrorist
EL PASO - Testimony resumes this morning in the immigration fraud trial of an anti-Castro militant in El Paso.
Protesters stood outside the courthouse where the trial of Luis Posada Carriles is taking place.
He's accused of federal perjury, obstruction and naturalization fraud.
Those charges stem from his answers to questions while under oath during immigration procedures six years ago.
Internationally, Cuba and Venezuela have accused Posada of plotting a bombing of a Cuban airliner back in 1976 and bombings of Havana hotels in 1997.
But the U.S. has *not* charged Posada in relation to those attacks.
