BERINO, N.M.--- A teen was shot this afternoon right in front of his family members.
Dona Ana County Sheriff's investigators tell us 18-year-old Cesar Parga of Berino was shot outside his home Saturday afternoon.
It all happened just after 2:20 p.m.
At last check, Parga was listed in critical but stable condition at Thomason Hospital in El Paso.
We're told this incident was gang related.
No one has been arrested.
