An El Paso teen has been arrested in a drive-by shooting that injured a 13-year-old boy.
As we reported, it happened Monday night at a trailer home on the 5600 block of Melody in the Upper Valley. Witnesses reported seeing flashes of gunfire coming from a white Mustang.
Police say 18-year-old Andrew Epstein, along and several other suspects, ran away after the Mustang crashed into a fence.
Authorities say epstein will be charged with eight counts of deadly conduct: one count for every person who was inside the trailer during the shooting.
