It happened at the School of Excellence in East El Paso on Wednesday night.
Police say 21-year old Nalan Graniczay and 20-year old Nicolas Meacham were caught tagging in an alley near the School of Excellence on George Dieter near Vista Del Sol last night. Investigators say the men tried to escape from police by climbing to the top of the school and when offered a ladder to come down, Graniczay tried to get away again by jumping from the building. He was seriously hurt and later died at the hospital. Meachum was arrested. The investigation continues
