A suspect who allegedly ordered the execution of an American couple with ties to the U.S. Consulate last March, has been arrested in Juarez.

Mexican federal police say Jesus Ernesto Chavez Castillo is behind the killings of consulate employee Lesley Enriquez and her husband, Arthur Redelfs, on March 13.

The couple was gunned down near the U.S. Consulate building in Juarez.

Authorities say Chavez Castillo is also responsible for the massacre of 13 people, mostly teenagers, at a party in Juarez last April.

Well Cecy, wake up and smell reality. Monsters are REAL. The true question is this for real? Mexico wants closure has much as the families.

How can someone be so ROTTEN inside! It scares me to know that there's that kind of evil being out in society! May God keep us ALL safe and out of those monsters without a conscience's way.
