Study: Swapping Soda for Water Helps You Lose Weight

Swapping a soda for water or diet soda can help you lose up to five pounds.

That's according to researchers at the University of North Carolina; they studied more than 300 overweight adults.

They found that those who tried water or diet soda were twice as likely to lose five percent of their body weight.
