EL PASO - They have been found.

Storm grates and manhole covers stolen from Lower Valley streets earlier this month have been found at the U-Pull-It scrap yard on Alameda.

These are pictures that El Paso Water Utilities sent us.
They say the missing grates leave storm drains open and that's dangerous for people walking, drivers and animals.

The salvage yard was given a notice for violating stormwater permits.
