Storm brings year's worth of rain to Chihuahua
Chihuahua, Mexico — Northern Mexico is drying out after severe flooding swallowed the city of Chihuahua over the weekend. A family of four was stuck on top of an overturned truck and had to be pulled to safety by a helicopter. Chihuahua received a year's worth of rain in just three days, the region's heaviest rainfall in 25 years. The city's airport remains closed after the flood waters spilled into the building. Passengers could be seen wading through ankle deep water. At least one person was killed by the floods.
