EL PASO — Doctors have advice for those of you who plan to sled during this winter storm we're experiencing. Most sledding injuries happen when the sled hits an object or a child falls off, so experts say pick an area that is not near the street and without trees or fences.
Sleds that can be steered are safer, and users should always go down feet first. Also, never ride a sled being pulled by a car or snowmobile.
