EL PASO — One man is in the hospital after an overnight stabbing in Northeast El Paso.

According to police, a 21-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach.  He showed up at an apartment complex at 11611 Dyer shortly before 3:00a.m. Thursday.  Police said his friends live in the apartments and they called for help.

The victim was taken to the hospital, and is expected to survive. 

Police do not have any suspects.  They said the victim is not cooperating, and refuses to provide any details about what led to the stabbing.
