EL PASO - There are different ways to thank our troops for their service; Southwest Airlines did so, through a dance-off this morning at the El Paso Airport.

As soon as the clock struck 11:11 a.m., seven performers broke into dance at the Southwest Airlines terminal. While wearing military fatigues, the dance troupe grooved to tunes by Britney Spears and Lady Gaga.

"Nothing surprises me anymore with Southwest, when I'm here at the terminal...but I thought on behalf of 11-11-11, it was nice that they came out to represent the troops on such a special day,” said Tom Riesgo, a Southwest Airlines customer.

"In honor of veterans day, we came in our BDU's. My mom's a retired military captain, so it was fun,” said Octavia Olmo, one of the dancers.

Southwest Airlines approached the dance troupe earlier this week and asked them to perform. The troupe is called "Shock"; they're from El Paso.
