SOCORRO-- Socorro police are still continuing their search for a Socorro man who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

There has still been no sign of the missing mechanic, said Socorro police. Ernesto Sanchez, 39, went missing earlier this month.

Police said they are continuing to develop and interview sources on this on-going investigation. NewsChannel 9 will continue to follow this story and keep you posted.

Investigators were expanding their search for Sanchez, who was last seen two weeks ago, said a city spokesperson.

Sanchez was last seen around 7:00 p.m. March 18 at his mechanic business at 300 Moon Road.  Police said he walked away from the business and hasn't been seen since.

His company truck was found near Montana and Yarbrough by El Paso police on March 22.

Socorro Police say the truck shows no obvious signs of foul play.

Anyone with information is asked to call Socorro police.
