Six People Charged During DWI Operation

EL PASO - The El Paso Police Department arrested 10 people between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 4 a.m. Thursday during their "No Refusal Mandatory Blood Draw Operation".  Six were charged with Driving While Intoxicate (DWI).

Three were charged with DWI greater than .15%, two were charged with DWI and one was charged with DWI 3rd or More.

Four people were released after they submitted to a breath analysis.

Before the start of the No Refusal DWI Operation, on Wednesday between midnight and just before 8 a.m., three people were charged with DWI greater than .15%, one was charged with DWI 2nd and one was charged with DWI 3rd or More.
