Six Men Indicted on Murder Charges

A Doña Ana County grand jury has indicted six Las Cruces men in connection to the fatal shooting of 30-year old Steven Apodaca. Apodaca was shot at his Mesilla Park mobile home in November. Oswaldo Corral, Lawrence Chavira, Ernesto Peña, Jimmy Ray Martinez, Gabriel Sanchez and Eric Ontiveros have been indicted for first-degree murder, armed robbery and other charges.
