El Paso, TX — You may have been stuck in traffic Saturday evening if you were headed east on I-10. That's because a car crashed into a guardrail on near Porfirio Diaz. The far right lane of the freeway shut down for a little while. A witness who didn't want to go on camera says the driver had been speeding and was driving recklessly before he crashed.
