A statewide silver alert has been issued for an elderly el paso man who is missing.

87 year-old Ysidro Villanueva was last seen near his home on the 6300 block of Domingo.

Witnesses tell Police Villanueva may have gotten on a Sun Metro bus.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a navy blue jacket and a Dallas Cowboys hat.

Villanueva suffers from alzheimers.
