EL PASO — Monday marked the deadline for a DNA test submission to the probate court in the battle over Sherman Hemsley's estate.

As we reported, Hemsley still has not been buried, while family members and Flora Bernal, the executer fight overhemsley's burial and estate.

Bernal and Hemsley's family are due back in court Oct. 31. The judge says a decision will be made then, as there will be no more continuances.
