Sheriff's SWAT Standoff Ends With One Man Dead

UPDATE: 10:47 a.m. One man is dead after a SWAT standoff near Clint.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called out for a domestic disturbance in the 15000 block of Alameda.
Investigators say the man was drunk and barricaded himself inside the house.
Deputies say the man started shooting at deputies and that is when the SWAT team was called out.
SWAT members tried to talk with him, but say the man came out of the house holding a rifle and started shooting.
The SWAT team shot back and killed him.

According to scanner traffic, a man barricaded himself inside a home in the 15000 block of Alameda.
We are still trying to confirm a lot of details.
Sources tell us Sheriff's SWAT team members shot and killed the man after he came out of the house holding a rifle.
According to scanner traffic, SWAT first responded to the house after someone reported shots being fired.
Once SWAT arrived on scene, we received word of additional shots being fired and that one person was dead.
