Sheriff's Deputies Looking For Domestic Violence Suspect

A man wanted for attacking his common law wife is on the run this morning.

25-year old Yoshio Iram Acosta is accused of a violent domestic confrontation two months ago.

Sheriff's Deputies say he choked his common law wife and then fled the scene after she called authorities.

We're told Acosta is also wanted for a narcotic bust in 2006. At that time, he was found with several hundred pounds of marijuana.

Authorities say he knows he is wanted but continues to elude capture.
