A new, streamlined department awaits El Paso County Sheriff-elect Richard Wiles.

Monday, Wiles went before County Commissioners to request a re-organization plan.

Under the new structure, the two current deputy chief positions will be eliminated.

The savings will be used to up the pay of Commander positions.
