We have an update today about a second bullet found on UTEP's campus yesterday.

We spoke with the person who found the bullet.

He took us to the parking space in front of the Academic Services building where he says he found the bullet.

He told us that he found it at around 11:30 yesterday morning and immediately took it to the transportation officer.

While he told us that he was afraid to talk about it because he thought it was linked to Saturday's shooting in Juarez.

The UTEP spokesperson told us that the bullet he found was the tip of a bullet that has not been fired and has no capability of being fired.
