El Paso – Police arrested two men who they say used a screwdriver and a pool cue to rob another man at a Lower Valley bar Monday afternoon.

According to investigators, 29-year-old Carlos Lopez and 19-year-old Alberto Ruvalcaba grabbed another mans wallet at the El Escandalo Bar on the 7500 block of Alameda.

When the victim tired to get his wallet back, police say Ruvalcaba stabbed him in the chest with the screwdriver and Lopez hit him with the pool cue.

Police say a witness blocked the bar's door to keep Ruvalcaba and Lopez from escaping after the attack.

Lopez and Ruvalcaba are now charged with aggravated robbery. The victim has been treated for his injury.
