EL PASO, TX — The El Paso Department of Transportation will be closing Scenic Drive starting Monday, Sept. 17th for roadway improvements. The department is making repairs to the pavement, rock walls and roadway striping. The closure will be in effect until Septmeber 29th, but during that time, Scenic drive will be open for scenic Sunday's.
