Fabens - An update on the Fabens delinting plant that neighbors claim was making them sick.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality says sample results are expected back today.

Those results will let the TCEQ know if the material spewing from the plant is the same material on nearby homes.

You may remember, NewsChannel 9 caught the plant spewing particles into the air two weeks ago.

The TCEQ also says the plant has shut down for the season and says our video will play a larger role in the agency's investigation.
