EL PASO — The Salvation Army of El Paso renamed their facility and opened a new addition. In a ceremony earlier this evening, the Salvation Army renamed their facilities the "Red Shield Family Center. Officials say a new wing will be geared towards the homeless. The Salvation Army says their main goal of the new wing is to get people off the streets.
