Sale of Las Cruces Country Club to be finalized soon
LAS CRUCES, N.M. — There's been progress in the sale of the 110-acre Las Cruces Country Club property after more than a year of negotiations.
Park Ridge Properties is purchasing the vacant golf course with plans to develop a new community centered around a smaller 42-bed hospital.
Las Cruces Country Club Board of Directors President Robert Caldwell said the property will be bought for $7.1 million.
He said the sale could be finalized by the end of the month or shortly there after depending on any issues with the closing.
