Ruidoso Plane Crash Victims in Critical Condition

The only two survivors of Thursday's deadly plane crash in Ruidoso are still in critical condition, according to hospital officials.

Police have identified the five victims who were killed as pilot Rodney Duree, age 50, his wife Delanie Duree, 50, their son Blake Duree, 11, Karl Richey, 46, and his wife Keri Richey, 44. 12-year-old Christopher Richey and 16-year-old Alexander Richey are being treated at the University Medical Center of El Paso.

Sources say the families are from Granbury, Texas area and were on their way to scatter a relative's ashes in New Mexico. The plane crashed near the Sierra Blanca Regional Airport after attempting to land on the runway.
