Two men accused of two separate murders will be in court today.
Attorneys for David Marmolejo will ask to suppress his statements, including a confession.
You may recall, Marmolejo is accused of strangling his mother and dumping her body in the Santa Teresa desert.
Michael Romero is on trial for a murder in Northeast El Paso 2 years ago. He's accused in the beating death of Valentin Rodriguez.
The judge adjourned early Monday after a woman on the jury complained of problems from a recent epileptic seizure.
The prosecution rested Monday with several defense witnesses expected to take the stand on Tuesday and Wednesday.
