Roe v. Wade
Today is the 40th anniversary of the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision.
On January 22, 1973, a 7-2 vote by the Justices established the right to abortion, overturning a Texas interpretation of the law. Still 40 years later, abortion ranks as one of the most polarizing issues in America.
Abortion opponents are marking the anniversary with a push for more restrictions.
