Reward increased for Texas Most Wanted fugitive
EL PASO — A Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive is believed to be hiding out in the Borderland.
Jose Angel Cabral, 58, has been on the run since 2009, and has 21 known aliases.
The alleged Barrio Azteca gang member is wanted for burglary and parole violation, and has family in San Elizario, El Paso and Dell City.
His rap sheet includes robbery and grand theft auto charges, in cities in Texas and California.
The reward for his capture has increased to $20,000.
Cabral is described as 5'7", weighing approximately 173 pounds, with tattoos on his chest, right arm, back, and abdomen.
