Restaurants Offering Free Food for Veterans

Tomorrow is Veteran's Day and some restaurant chains plan to honor our veterans with free food offers.

Among others, Chili's plans to offer entrees from a select menu. Beverage and gratuity are not included.

Applebee's will offer a free entree under similar conditions in its 164 restaurants that are participating in their program.

Outback Steakhouse will serve veterans a free Bloomin' Onion and a drink, including beers on draft.

Proper military id will be required.

Does this include the viet nam veterans?

and if it dose, do we need a copy of our DD-214 or a copy of our Honerable discharge certificate?
