Residents React To Juarez Election

It's official.
The newly elected Mayor of Juarez is Hector "Teto" Murguía.
This will be his second term as Mayor of Juarez.
Mexican law does not allow mayors to run for re-election consecutively.
Despite the ongoing violence in Juarez, many people we spoke with still have hope he can change things.

The new Juarez mayor has a house in El Paso; he even gets a homestead exemption, because it is his "primary residence". Does that make El Paso the rich suburb of Juarez? Watching El Paso politics, you certainly might agree.
