Repo man takes car with child still inside...

A two-year-old California boy is home safe after the car he was strapped in was repossessed.

The child's father started the car then stepped away for a moment when the vehicle was repossessed with the boy still inside.

The father called 9-1-1 and reported the missing child, meanwhile the re-possessor discovered the boy and also called police.

About 30 minutes later, the boy was returned to his family unharmed.
