EL PASO — The city will not be picking up recycling on Wednesday because of the high wind warning for the Borderland. The Environmental Services Department says the decision was made to try and prevent debris from blowing everywhere.

Garbage collection will not be impacted but, as a reminder, always bag your thrash.
