EL PASO — The owner of an El Paso massage parlor was scheduled to be in court Wednesday, after being accused of running a prostitution ring, however niether her or her attorney arrived. A representative for the attorney was there and "passed for investigation and negotiation." 

In Soon Kim is facing federal charges. Homeland security investigators raided Kyoto Hot Stone Spa on Virginia Street on Oct. 17 and agents say the 60-year-old confessed to hiring workers and using them for prostitution.

A relative paid Kim's $10,000 bond in October. She was ordered to live with that relative in Tacoma, Wash.
