ARIZONA - Two officials from the Arizona prison where three inmates escaped in late July have resigned.

An unnamed security official and Lori Lieder, a unit warden, quit after it was determined that operational problems in the jail allowed the three to escape.

Two of the three inmates, Tracy Province and Daniel Renwick, have been captured.

John McCluskey, the third inmate, and Casslyn Mae Welch, his alleged accomplice in the escape, remain at large.
