EL PASO- UTEP will be talking to the press today, formally announcing the start of a brand-new construction project aimed to ease congestion at the Schuster exit.

The project will include the addition of another exit lane and a ramp that will let drivers from I-10 exit straight into the university.

The press conference is scheduled for 11 a.m.
