Jose, apparently you've been living in el paso your whole life because i've lived all over the country and in large metropolis's and NEVER had the problems with electricity that el paso does. No rolling black outs!!!

Wow! Outrageous, amazingly outrageous. What is going on with the El Paso Electric, ones again we as consumers have to deal with this inconvenient outages, what is happening to our electric supply? If its not a cold is the power lines coming from out of state and we have to borrow electricity from other companies, if it's not that its a simple rain. What is going on? Is it that the El Paso Electric cannot keep up maintenance on their machinery, is it lack of service, lack of attention, what is it

Ummm, do you have any idea how electric companies actually generate and distribute power to a city and how an electrical storm can disrupt that service? Didn't think so.

Next time it is a "simple" rain (tonight hopefully) go outside and stand in it.
