Portion of U.S. 54 will be closed overnight starting Saturday

EL PASO — Lanes in both directions of U.S. 54 will be closed at the Pershing overpass beginning at 11:00 p.m. Saturday until 6:00 a.m. Sunday.
El Paso Electric crews will be replacing old electric lines that cross over the highway.
Detour signs will be in place.
