POLICE: Vandalism investigation clears surveillance suspect
EL PASO, TX (KTSM) — An investigation into this week's EPPD vandalism Crime Spot revealed a woman depicted in surveillance video was not involved in the crimes.
Police detectives had been investigating three incidents of vandalism in which car windows were broken at three different convince stores in East El Paso. The woman was believed to be involved in the incidents however investigators are retracting the allegation.
The incident happened on Wednesday, June 5th around midnight. The suspects involved were seen walking to the Seven Eleven store located 2955 George Dieter and damaging several vehicles.
Just minutes later the suspects went to the Circle K located 1798 George Dieter and again caused damage.
The suspects then ended their spree at the Seven Eleven at 2050 Trawood.
