Police are looking for two men who committed a violent robbery in central El Paso.

Police said the two suspects walked into the 7-Eleven on Montana and North Copia on June 29.

One of them headed toward the restroom, the other went over to the beer cooler.

"The man who was headed to the restroom suddenly turned into the register and proceeded to beat the clerk who was working the register. He continuously struck him in the face, the clerk went down, and he continued the violent attack, kicking the clerk while he was on the ground," said Javier Sambrano with El Paso Police Department.

While that was happening, the other suspect allegedly stole beer.

Both of them got away in a silver SUV with the help of a female getaway driver.
