EL PASO – Police have charged a second suspect in the theft of three motorcycles on the Westside.

Investigators arrested 19-year-old Jorge Guzman on Wednesday.

His arrest follows Ricardo Sigala's earlier this week. Police said they found the three motorcycles at his home.

Guzman has been booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on $50,000 bond.

I don't know about anyone else but if I caught someone trying to steal one of my possessions then that person would be left with stubbs for mitts. I'm just saying...they're lucky it wasn't me they stole from.
