El Paso - Police no longer patrol a home in Northeast El Paso that was the scene of a shooting earlier this week.

But crime scene tape remains at the home in the 8,000 block of Tonto Place.

Homeowner Paul Daw shot and killed an intruder after a brief fight early Wednesday.

The case has been referred to a grand jury to decide if any charges are warranted.
