EL PASO - Police are investigating a stabbing outside an east El Paso bar early Saturday morning.

Police said the suspect, 29, got kicked out of the AMF bar on Montana for fighting. When outside, the suspect reportedly fell, and when another man tried to help him get up, he pulled out a knife.  

According to police, the suspect stabbed the man in the leg before he fled in his vehicle. He then allegedly tried running over four of the victim's friends.

The suspect was arrested, and now faces five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
