Police are searching for the driver behind a serious hit and run accident in Central El Paso Sunday night.
A woman was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Yandell and Gateway East around 7:30 p.m.
Witnesses say she was elderly and appeared to be seriously hurt.
She was transported to the hospital and her condition remains unknown.
Police are searching for a grey colored 4-door sedan.
