THIS CITY HAS THE WORST DRIVERS IN THE COUNTRY. MOST PROBABLY DON'T EVEN
HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE NOR INSURANCE. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN A HURRY FOR WHAT ???
MOST DON'T EVEN WORK ??? HE PROBABLY VEERED OF THE ROAD TO PASS THE CAR IN FRONT OF HIM BECAUSE THEY CAN'T WAIT EVEN A FEW MINUETS AND STAY IN THEIR LANE.
AND FOR HIS RESLESSNESS, HE KILLED 2 CHILDREN AND MAIMED 2 MORE ???
HE SHOULD BE CHARGED AND SENT TO JAIL. ESPY

Hey I understand the anger people must have, but as the report says speed was not a factor. I know this man and he is a really nice guy, always trying to help. This accident has destroyed him and if anyone would help me to pray for all those involved in this accident; it would be appreciated.
