EL PASO — The El Paso Police Department and the Neighborhood Watch Association will be participating in "Texans Against Crime Night Out."

This event is similar to the annual national night out which was organized by the sheriff's office back in August.
 
It's organized in Texas communities to promote community involvement and encourages residents to take a stand against crime.
