LAS CRUCES - New Mexico State University Police are still investigating the death of a student.

Eric Morris, 23, was found unconscious Saturday on the edge of a campus street. He had injuries to his head and torso.

Investigators say they have theories as to how he was injured, but they won't release them until an autopsy is performed.

Police say, so far, there are no signs of foul play.
