A new school in west El Paso is getting ready to open its doors to students next week, but when they arrive at MJ Lundy Elementary, kids in grades 2 through 5 will not have a playground to use. The principal says a playground structure for students in those grades is not required by the state. In an effort to build one, the school's PTA has teamed up to raise money and one way is through a national video contest being sponsored by non-profit organization, Kaboom.
